2. Services

SchoolDhara provides cloud-based school management (ERP) software and related support services. Features may vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and demo requests.
• Unauthorized use of accounts must be reported immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or violate applicable laws. Institutions are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data they enter.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content and trademarks of SchoolDhara remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software during an active subscription.

6. Payments

Subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan. Prices may change with prior notice. Offers and promotions are subject to stated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

SchoolDhara is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may cancel as per our Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
