1. Overview
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued for SchoolDhara subscriptions.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment for new subscriptions.
- Refunds are considered if the service is unavailable due to issues solely attributable to SchoolDhara and not resolved within a reasonable time.
- Custom development, training packages and third-party costs (domains, SMS credits) are non-refundable once delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful onboarding and active usage
- Failure to use the software
- Violation of Terms & Conditions
- Renewal payments after the free cancellation window
4. Process
Email mail@schooldhara.com with your account details, payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
