3. Institutional Responsibility

Schools are responsible for managing user accounts, assigning appropriate roles, and ensuring staff follow password and access best practices.

4. Incident Response

In the event of a security incident affecting customer data, we will investigate promptly and notify affected institutions as required.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for a limited period thereafter to allow export, unless earlier deletion is requested.
