Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your SchoolDhara subscription by emailing mail@schooldhara.com or contacting support at +91 9695639782. Please include your institution name and registered email.

2. Notice Period

We recommend providing at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

3. Effect of Cancellation

• Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• You may export your data before the account is deactivated.
• After cancellation, data may be retained for a limited period as per our Privacy Policy, then securely deleted.

4. Reactivation

Cancelled accounts may be reactivated subject to current pricing and data availability.
